On certain numbers, there are pieces missing
If you mark each missing piece, in each numbers position, you spell out a word

Each group has an inner loop and one shape that’s highlighted
The last group says the word “Numbers” which is the key to the puzzle
Each group represents a word with the number of shapes in the loop being the number of letters in the word
Add together the number of sides in each shape and all it’s offshoots to get the number of that letter
The 7 groups spell out the sentence “Face with two hands and twelve numbers”
